About Us: Rainbow Early Learning Center is a nurturing and supportive environment for young children to learn, grow, and explore. We are seeking dedicated, passionate, and experienced Infant/Toddler Teachers to join our dynamic team.
Job Description: Rainbow Early Learning Center is currently looking for Infant/Toddler Teachers to join our team. As a teacher in our program, you will play a key role in shaping the early childhood development of children by creating a stimulating and enriching environment for infants and toddlers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for infants and toddlers.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Build strong relationships with children and their families.
Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones.
Work closely with other staff members to ensure a collaborative and supportive classroom environment.
Ensure compliance with all licensing and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Must have at least 12 units of Child Development , including Infant and Toddler Development courses.
At least 2 years of experience working in a licensed child care center.
A passion for working with young children and fostering their growth and development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing needs.
Supportive work environment with opportunities for professional development.
