Head of Marketing Bookit.com

Bookit is revolutionizing the travel and rewards industry with a nextgeneration B2B2C super app. The company offers consumers savings up to 70%, universal rewards points, and support for more than 3,000 cryptocurrencies.

Base pay range: $175,000 $190,000 / yr

Location: Miami (hybrid preferred); remote considered for highly qualified candidates.

Overview

You will be a strategic, datadriven leader who champions marketing at Bookitfrom driving D2C growth on Bookit.com to helping brand partners implement the whitelabel platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft an integrated marketing strategy for B2B2C whitelabel partnerships and directtoconsumer membership growth.
  • Translate business objectives into quarterly plans aligned with company performance targets across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a highperforming marketing team starting with a handson launchphase approach.
  • Lead annual planning, forecasting, and budget management for marketing functions.
  • Own the commitment curve, managing datadriven strategies that improve CAC/LTV and member engagement.
  • Partner with data and product teams to optimize platform and campaign performance through A/B testing and analytics.
  • Oversee paid and organic customer acquisition across channels to drive adoption of the Bookit.com platform.
  • Develop reporting frameworks for ongoing performance visibility and advise product team on data dashboards.
  • Develop and refine brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction for both B2B and D2C audiences.
  • Manage content and editorial strategy to support SEO, AIsearchoptimized discovery, and early demand generation.
  • Oversee public relations through an outside agency and ensure consistent brand experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Experience teams to support enterprise partner integrations and product launches.
  • Lead comarketing and promotional initiatives with partner brands, platforms, and influencers.
  • Work with Finance and Operations to forecast marketing ROI and manage spend efficiently.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, including digitalfirst platforms, online marketplaces, travel booking, rewards, or commerce technology companies.
  • Prior experience working inside an online travel booking platform or marketplace (e.g., Expedia Group, Booking Holdings).
  • 35 years of experience as a senior marketing leader with responsibility for growth, gotomarket execution, and team leadership.
  • Experience supporting B2B2C or whitelabel SaaS platform marketing and enterprise partner gotomarket initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in growth and performance marketing with mastery of multichannel acquisition and retention.
  • Experience building and leading teams through highgrowth phases, ideally from SeriesA to scale.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and creative direction, particularly in earlystage contexts.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, attribution, CRM, and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to inspire teams and influence crossfunctionally.
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable executing in fastpaced, ambiguous environments.

  • Familiarity with loyalty, rewards, fintech, or digital payments ecosystems.
  • Exposure to cryptoadjacent or alternative payment platforms.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
