Overview

This position supports in-process testing activities and contributes to overall laboratory operations. The individual will share responsibility for equipment maintenance, housekeeping, and other lab support functions while ensuring compliance with established quality requirements and standards. The role also involves maintaining the laboratory in an audit-ready state at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform conformance testing on designated raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Develop and validate methods for standard QC instruments, including HPLC, UPLC, GC, MS, and FTIR.
• Conduct calibration verification of critical laboratory equipment.
• Assist in evaluating materials and recording pass/fail determinations, documenting results in SAP and LIMS.
• Maintain accurate and complete records for laboratory operations and maintenance activities.
• Follow established procedures for QC laboratory operations to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support to QC scientists and cross-functional teams, including Production.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with relevant experience, or a Bachelors degree in a scientific discipline.
• Some analytical background in GC-MS, HPLC-MS, IC, ICP-MS, and/or Karl Fischer Titration is preferred.
