Client requires the services of a Business Process Consultant to assess access control (grant, deny, revoke) processes for Client at the agency and individual levels and the process for conducting the Client user audit.

Complete Description:
Client requires the services of a Business Process Consultant to assess access control (grant, deny, revoke) processes for Client at the agency and individual levels and the process for conducting the Client user audit. The assessment shall include a review and documentation of the current workflow, a review of the best practices for access control and user audits, an evaluation of the extent to which the current workflow is consistent with best practices, and recommendations to enhance the access control and audit processes.

Skills:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience Required 15 Years
Progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure and applications architecture Required 11 Years
IT Project and Program management experience Required 11 Years
IT Team Leadership Experience Required 11 Years
Outstanding oral communication skills, including public speaking Required 11 Years
Outstanding written communication skills, including writing complex documents Required 11 Years
IT strategic planning and strategy Required 5 Years
Enterprise Architecture Certification (TOGAF, ArchiMate Zachman or similar) 11 Years Highly Desired
